Overview: The BEE is a unique, cost-effective solution. it offers tab slot fit tolerance features, M12 plus M10 threaded rods for compression to tab slots in this modern design, perfect for large scale shredding tasks and peice of mind when undertaking any maintenance needs during down time. 375mm straight hopper design included.

User-Friendly Assembly:
The BEE is a Modular is design for easy assembly, similar to IKEA flat-pack furniture. All parts slot together seamlessly with compression of threaded rods and nuts, requiring only basic engineering skills. 

Robust Design:
Constructed with strong plates, ensuring durability and strength. Involute gears design CNC/plasma or laser cut steel or Stainless Steel included. these gears are cut at 10mm x 2 with a 10mm collar. 4 x M8 bolts compress the gears together. only a drill hole is required in the top of the collar to secure gear in position on shafts. M6 x 2 grub screws - Gears can be cut from the dxf design or purchased online.
 

Motor Example: Recommended single-phase 3kW RPM 1800 motor with 30:1 worm gear/gearbox for shaft rotation and excellent torque (350+Nm).
