This simple to build modular Mini 7 blade can be operated by use of a crank handle, reduced KW motor or torque drill with variable speed and high torque setting allowing the operator to set the RPM or NM requirement. Pedal power is also used by customers on various designs.

For building this design you will need to purchase. 
UCFL 206 30mm slide fit Bearings are not included but can be cheaply purchased from many websites online.
M10 Nuts, M10 threaded rod and the 2 x M14 bearing bolts are all thats needed in this design as a parts list can be purchased from Ebay.

7 blade Shredder is designed to be clamped/compressed/Bolted together with positioned tabs

Shaft length 225mm X box is 210mm (wide) X 145mm (High) Box Cutting Area: 139mm x 74mm and Teeth are 5mm thickness for Granulation of 2 or 3 cutting blade.

Sieve frame/6mm mesh are within design folder if you require to cut one. The sieve has been fully re-designed to allow ease of handling and fitment into the granulation area. Sieve assembly is much stronger with safety as a factor for operators.   A Handle is added to the sieve frame for added safety. The sieve is the only part of the design that needs tack welding. 

This 7 blade design is of precision tolerance. This machine is designed towards a modular format, de-assemble or re-assemble these designs as simply as a small IKEA flat pack process.
