Introducing the RHINO design to complement your various shredding project needs. This new digital DXF file download includes many shredder options plus 3D printer recycling operations. The rotation blade teeth are engineered for shredding at a 5mm thickness.

The principle of these modular designed machines is in the ability to efficiently process various types of waste through a combination of cutting, tearing, and crushing. The Bee mechanical operation involves two parallel shafts equipped with steel blades that rotate in opposite directions. These blades work together to break down larger waste materials into smaller, more manageable pieces required within your project need.

DXF digital download. it offers tab slot fit tolerance features, plus 8mm threaded rods for compression to tab slots in this modern design, perfect for mid scale shredding tasks and peice of mind when undertaking any maintenance needs during down time.

User-Friendly Assembly:
Modular design for easy assembly, similar to IKEA flat-pack furniture. All parts slot together seamlessly with compression of threaded rods and nuts, requiring only basic engineering skills.

Robust Design:
Constructed with strong plates, ensuring durability and strength. Involute gears design CNC/plasma or laser cut steel or Stainless Steel included. these gears are cut at 2 x 8mm x 2 with a 10mm collar. 8 x M8 threaded rods compress the design together. only x 2 drill hole is required in the top of the collar to secure gear in position on shafts. M6 x 2 grub screws - Gears can be steel or stainless plus hardox. if you require manufactured mod gears. They can be purchased online.
 

Motor: Recommended single-phase 2 kW RPM 1800 motor with 30:1 worm gear/gearbox for shaft rotation and excellent torque (250-+Nm).

Clockwise or Counter Clockwise setup on shaft - shear rotating blades against fixed teeth or shafts for efficient granulation. Can be built with or without large fixed teeth in position.
