Overview of your project: The Microlight Shredder is a unique, cost-effective solution. it offers tab slot fit tolerance features with a modern design, perfect for small-scale shredding tasks with a unique twin sieve plus underwrap sieve to compliment your project needs. Also included are 2 x hopper dxf designs. Cone and straight. The involute gears dxf design is modular and bolts together from cutter. M4 bolts x 4 plus 5mm x 2 grub screws hold in position on shafts.

User-Friendly Assembly:
The MicroLight is designed for easy assembly, similar to IKEA flat-pack furniture. All parts slot together seamlessly, requiring only basic engineering skills.

Your Robust Design:
Constructed with 8mm, 5mm, 4mm, and 3mm steel plates, ensuring durability and strength. Spur gears design CNC/plasma or laser cut steel or Stainless Steel.

Versatile Operation example:
Compatible with a variety of motors, including small motors (1.0 KW upwards), torque drills, and stepper motors (Nema 42 - 48 with ratio planetary gear). Hand ratchet operation with flexible wrench possible. Also with crank handle for manual operation.

Motor Example: Recommended single-phase 1kW RPM 1800 motor with 30:1 worm gear/gearbox for shaft rotation and excellent torque (180+Nm).

M6 Threaded rods and M6 bolts. 4 x 6mm gear to shaft grub screws. Cheap at your local supplier.
4 pre-greased bearings (26mm x 17mm x 5mm). cheap to purchase online.
