SheetPress

We sell our complete SheetPress system due to enlargement of the facility. Made for panels up to 121x121cm, consisting of HotPress, ColdPress, Moulds, exhaust air system and various extras.

HotPress

The SheetPress has been in use to date and has been serviced regularly. It is based on the V4 version with various improvements, such as additional struts for stability, safety-related add-ons and straps for additional pressing devices.

Dimensions of the pressing surface: 1300x1300mm

Upper and lower aluminum press plate, each with 25 heating cartridges with heat-resistant wiring.

including a solid steel frame that can be dismantled (frame and cover plates) for sheets each with a thickness of 12mm or 20mm and a net dimension of 1210x1210mm

including a solid steel frame that can be dismantled (frame and cover plates) for sheets each with a thickness of 12mm or 20mm and a net dimension of 500x500mm

cold pressing

An in-house construction made of solid steel beams. Originally a veneer press. Can build much more pressure than the original ColdPress, which is necessary when increasing the area.

Only the whole package is sold.

Either fully assembled or disassembled for lower transport costs. Transport costs are queried exactly. We ship to Europe, Asia, Africa.
