Our plastic injection machine is the perfect tool to quickly produce products with high precision, in large quantities.
Due to its short cycle times it's perfect to scale up production or test new prototypes.
Every production series from 1 to several thousands can be easily made with our injection machine.
Once the machine is in place you just have to change moulds and can produce almost anything.

How does it work?

Shredded plastic or granules enter the injecting barrel through the hopper. Heating elements melt the plastic within 7 minutes, making it ready to be injected. With our spring clamp mechanism, the mould is put into place and by turning the wheel, a plunger presses the melted plastic through the injection barrel into the mould. Since the plastic does not get mixed in the injection barrel the output color is often unpredictable when mixing colors. This repeatedly creates unique one-of-a-kind-products and can make you stand out from classic plastic products.

Good Workflow

Due to our unique nozzle and spring clamping system moulds can easily be changed, which gives you a really good workflow.
No need to screw moulds directly to a hot nozzle like with other machines.

Stand alone

We designed our injection machine in a way that there is no need for any extra equipment.
The machine is also exceptionally light and can be easily transported if you are planning to make a demonstration.

Wall mounting

If you found a perfect spot for the machine you can mount it to the wall. This gives you a better working height and the machine becomes more robust.

Endless possibilities

Once the machine is in place you just have to switch moulds and can create all kinds of different products with one machine.
We do have a bunch of standard moulds in stock and can create custom moulds for you.

Ready to use

We ship our injection machine pre assembled. It only takes around 20-30 minutes to set it up.
